How can I contact you if I have questions about my order?

What's your guarantee?
We're not satisfied unless you're delighted! If our materials are not everything you expect, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. If not completely satisfied, customers may return products in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full credit or exchange. Please call Customer Service for a return authorization number.
How do quantity discounts apply to my order?
For products that qualify for quantity discounts, price breaks are shown on each product page. Buy more, and save more!
Payment, Credit & Sales Tax
What are the payment options available?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and Smart2Pay™ credit cards. Contact Customer Service if you wish to pay by check or money order.
Can I charge my order to in-house credit?
Yes, in most cases, after we verify your organization’s identity, or confirm your prior purchase history. Channing Bete Company’s terms of sale are Net 10. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (which is an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18%) will be added to accounts over 30 days.
When do you charge my credit card?
We will authorize your credit card while your order is being processed. Your credit card will not actually be charged until after your order has shipped.
What happens if I use a debit card?
If you use a debit card, your bank will hold funds from your checking account at the time of authorization, but not remit the funds to Channing Bete Company until the order is invoiced by our parent organization, HALO Branded Solutions (HALO). When the order invoices, any difference from the original authorized amount will be credited (or debited) to your checking account and then your bank will remit payment to HALO.
Is my credit card and account information secure?
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Our parent organization, HALO Branded Solutions, is a registered reseller in all states that collect sales tax. We must therefore collect appropriate state, county and/or city sales/use tax for your "Ship To" address (other than addresses in Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon).
My organization is exempt from sales taxes. How do I place a tax-exempt order?
During checkout you will have the opportunity to tell Channing Bete Company that your order is tax-exempt, and this will remove sales tax from your online order total. However, our parent organization, HALO Branded Solutions, must have your current tax exempt certificate on file in order to not charge you sales tax. If Channing Bete Company and HALO does not have a current certificate on file, please fax or email your tax exempt certificate to Customer Service by 1) replying to the order confirmation email and attaching the file, or 2) faxing the document to Customer Service and referencing your order number. If you do not supply your certificate to us before your order ships, sales tax will be applied.
Shipping and Delivery
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Illinois, within one business day. Personalized orders take a bit longer.
What happens if a product is backordered?
Customer Service will notify you in the event of a backorder and provide an estimated stock date. He or she will help you select an alternate product if you have a deadline to meet.
What are my shipping options? Can I ship on my own shipping account?
Our standard carrier is UPS. We offer Ground, Next Day Air Saver and 2nd Day Air.
How much does Shipping & Handling cost?
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Drop shipments can be made to multiple locations for a small fee. Contact Customer Service.
Can I ship internationally?
Likely yes, depending on the product, which factory is decorating it and your ship to country. Contact Customer Service for details.
